A gold coin necklace was stolen while visiting Barcelona. It is very important to me. Please help me get it back.

Lost on Sunday 18th October

On Tuesday 16-01 I lost an earring in Harpa or between Harpa and Kex hostel in Reykjavik (I walked through the street called Hverfisgata). The earring is made of polymer clay, has the shape of an arch, is +/- 4,5 cm long and exists of the colors blue, green, white and blush pink.

I have accidently kept my gold neck chain on waste news paper next to my bed. Then next day news paper was thrown by my husband next day to waste bin as paper waste was taken by municipality that day. I don't know , whom to contact now. Please help.
