Silver bracelet Lost Norwich, England, United Kingdom

My husband was swimming in the sea at the top end of the Arenal near Bambula et al, when a large wave-surge hit him and took his ring right off his finger. We searched for it that day and the following day (as luck would have it, our 22nd wedding anniversary ) with no luck. We are really hoping some honest person may have found it. If you have it, or have turned it over to someone such as the Guardia Civil, would you kindly let me know please. I have travelled on 21 july 2022 from Tirana to London and i have packaged in my luggage my gold jewellery. When I arrived in London my gold jewelleries weren’t in my luggage and my things inside luggage were a mess.
