Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to report the loss of my baggage during my bus journey from Paris Bercy to Düsseldorf, Germany, with FlixBus on May 7, 2024. Upon arrival at the bus station Düsseldorf, I unfortunately forgot to take my suitcase when disembarking from the coach. I filed a claim on the same day through the FlixBus website under the "lost/forgotten baggage" section, but unfortunately, nothing has been found yet. The suitcase is small (10 kg) and red in color. It primarily contains my clothes (black Jack & Jones sweaters, black Levi's sweatshirt, green Puma joggers, black Adidas cargo pants, etc.) as well as a shaving machine and a toothbrush. I lost my bag on December 28 in transit from Medina to Mecca. I don't know if I forgot the bag on the train or forgot it in the taxi. It is a beige bag from the YSL brand. I hope someone found the bag.
