Hello, I left my bag in the bus stop at 7.30 pm on 30th dec (today) at the Oslo fashion outlet bus stop at Vestby. I returned at 9 pm to check but it was not there. I am very upset about this. Please can you help me with this? Please let me know if you find it somewhere. It was a Puma bag with a shoes, 1 trouser set and 2 men sweatshirt of jack and jones inside. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to report the loss of my baggage during my bus journey from Paris Bercy to Düsseldorf, Germany, with FlixBus on May 7, 2024. Upon arrival at the bus station Düsseldorf, I unfortunately forgot to take my suitcase when disembarking from the coach. I filed a claim on the same day through the FlixBus website under the "lost/forgotten baggage" section, but unfortunately, nothing has been found yet. The suitcase is small (10 kg) and red in color. It primarily contains my clothes (black Jack & Jones sweaters, black Levi's sweatshirt, green Puma joggers, black Adidas cargo pants, etc.) as well as a shaving machine and a toothbrush.
