Our 9y old son lost this probably in Belgrado airport on 12th of July during our transfer there. He's very sad about this loss: especially because of all the pictures he's taken already with his camera. The cap was a present he's very fond of. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to report the loss of my baggage during my bus journey from Paris Bercy to Düsseldorf, Germany, with FlixBus on May 7, 2024. Upon arrival at the bus station Düsseldorf, I unfortunately forgot to take my suitcase when disembarking from the coach. I filed a claim on the same day through the FlixBus website under the "lost/forgotten baggage" section, but unfortunately, nothing has been found yet. The suitcase is small (10 kg) and red in color. It primarily contains my clothes (black Jack & Jones sweaters, black Levi's sweatshirt, green Puma joggers, black Adidas cargo pants, etc.) as well as a shaving machine and a toothbrush. Also has black wallet with bank cards and IDs. Bottom compartment contains small blue folder with white polka dots. Inside the folder there are Indonesian and Malaysian passports.
