Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to report the loss of my baggage during my bus journey from Paris Bercy to Düsseldorf, Germany, with FlixBus on May 7, 2024. Upon arrival at the bus station Düsseldorf, I unfortunately forgot to take my suitcase when disembarking from the coach. I filed a claim on the same day through the FlixBus website under the "lost/forgotten baggage" section, but unfortunately, nothing has been found yet. The suitcase is small (10 kg) and red in color. It primarily contains my clothes (black Jack & Jones sweaters, black Levi's sweatshirt, green Puma joggers, black Adidas cargo pants, etc.) as well as a shaving machine and a toothbrush. Mon amie Slozkina Olena a perdu son sac L. Vuitton beige dans un bus de ville qu'elle a pris à la gare routière de Katowice. Son sac contient son paaseport ,son permis de conduire et d'autres documents notamment pour son chien, un iphone 12,des cosmétiques,etc... My friend Olena Slozkina lost her beige bag L. Vuitton in bus to city in Katowice about 8 in the morning. In her bag there are documents : Passport,driving licence,iphone 12, cosmetics...
