Lost dog Found Valkeisenlampi / Valkeisenpuisto - Kuopio, Northern Savonia, Finland

It's probably a bit too late but I've just learned about this website so...I found a dog wandering the Valkeisen pond around 21:00 today. He has goldish brown and black fur. Medium size, not big. He has a collar. He kept running away so I couldn't catch him. Somebody called a service team (or something) who pick up lost pets in Kuopio, but I do not know if the dog has been finally picked up. I saw him two more times after, as I continued on my walk around the pond. Poor thing didn't want to leave the pond area, probably that's where he got separate from his owner. If you happen to know any lost dog announcement around Kuopio city center area, I hope this information will help. Best, Anh
