I have lost a black handbag, contains wallet , Revolut card and Romanian ID and passport, some baby glasses and money.

My mother lost her luggage bag during loading into bus from madinah arjwan al madinah hotel to jeddah on 01 july 2024. She only notice her bag was not in the bus after arrived in jeddah. The luggage bag is black and wrapped woth some orange and green string tied on the handle. The luggage also has some broken wheels.

Had a drink at the bar and just have left the bag there, but in the morning they said they didn't find any, neither did the reception.
