Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to report the loss of my baggage during my bus journey from Paris Bercy to Düsseldorf, Germany, with FlixBus on May 7, 2024. Upon arrival at the bus station Düsseldorf, I unfortunately forgot to take my suitcase when disembarking from the coach. I filed a claim on the same day through the FlixBus website under the "lost/forgotten baggage" section, but unfortunately, nothing has been found yet. The suitcase is small (10 kg) and red in color. It primarily contains my clothes (black Jack & Jones sweaters, black Levi's sweatshirt, green Puma joggers, black Adidas cargo pants, etc.) as well as a shaving machine and a toothbrush. It's contents in the main pocket are: a pink purse (contains: some Saudi cash, hotel card, etc.), A couple of identical purple keychains, a pencil, etc. The smaller pocket contains a pocket mirror and some hair ties. Ola, ontem ao sair de viagem fui assaltada partirão o vidro do carro e levaram uma câmera digital vermelha, um telemóvel s22 branco com ums papeis atrás, 4 mochilas, uma é da minha irmã um saco roxo com uma menina desenhada, o meu era um saco verde escuro da eastpak, o da minha mãe era um preto da lacoste e o meu pai não sei de qual marca é mas era grande preto e verde escuro.
