It's a small blue backpack, with 3 flowers and writing that says "flowers lover" in cursive. It also has small zipper pocket in the front. It's contents in the main pocket are: a pink purse (contains: some Saudi cash, hotel card, etc.), A couple of identical purple keychains, a pencil, etc. The smaller pocket contains a pocket mirror and some hair ties. introduce myself, I'm Hana Ameur resident of Bolzano. I would like to report that my luggage was lost on Monday, April 24, 2023, on the FLIXBUS bus N491 (Munich Venice). My reservation number is 3072390829. I took the bus from Munich and stopped in Bolzano where I could not find my suitcase (8-10kg red). The only stop before Bolzano was Innsbruck, so someone took my suitcase by mistake because we found another red suitcase very similar to mine. The suitcase was red, full of clothes, different shoes (Primark brand sandals), summer shirts, sports shirts, trousers, a make-up bag, Nivea cream, perfume (good girl), small accessories, winter shirts, select, underwear, but above all my medicine pills that the doctor especially gave me from Germany. I would like to know if you have received any report of missing red luggage in Innsbruck.

My Son, Ryan Langley, has lost his black backpack. Last time him and friends remember seeing it was at Inbox nightclub 19th July 2022 Tuesday night/20th July 2022 Wednesday morning this week. Inside this bag are his wallet, provisional driving licence, mobile phone, clothes and aftershave. Ryan has contacted Croatia police and nightclub but no luck and is now back home in Inverness, Scotland,UK.
