I have lost my bag, it was blacj, and i had some sloting in it,one pair of white adidas shoes, 1 blue-white puma slippers, ID card with my photo and my name : Fülöp Levente, i had some keys with keychain. Good Morning, I was in a flight with Vietjet flight VJ183 SEAT C25 flew from Hanoi on the 18th and landed here in Ho Chi Minh on the 19th. I have left a bag on the plane but as soon as I realized it I informed the ground crew regarding the situation and asked if I can go back to retrieve my bag. Unfortunately, they stopped me and told me to wait. After 30 minutes, they told me that cleaner on the plane can't find my bag. I went on the 20th morning as well to get an update but they gave me none. I was hoping of you can check on your end the CCTV footage of our arrival and see if any passenger has taken my bag. The contains valuable items such as 1. Passport 2. Powerbank 3. Cash (around 2,000,000 vnd) 4. Charger 5. Smart watch 6. Necklace 7. Bank cards Please see the attached photo for reference of the bag. I know this has been multiple emails now, please understand I'm running out of options and cash at this point since my cards are also in the bag. I am not after the money or the other stuff. I just really need the passport and cards. I am willing to offer a reward to whoever finds it and gives it back to me tomorrow. As I need the passport to go back to my work in Cambodia on Monday.
