Het was een grote rugzak bruin, donkergroen en kon alleen aan bovenkant en onderkant open en aan de zijkanten zaten twee vakken waar in 1 een Albert Heijn zak zat met schoenen en in de andere zak zat een legertasje met allemaal ehbo spulletjes en shampoo, parfum etc. In de tas zelf zat boven op 2 handdoeken en daaronder een mini ventilator en 'shein' zakjes gevuld met kleding waaronder 4 bikini's, 6 shirts een rokje een jurk, 6 broeken allemaal nieuwe lingerie nieuwe bh's, sokken 2 bloesjes, onder op lag een drank draaispel en boven op op 'de deksel' zaten 3 goeie make up paletten, en in de rist boven op zaten kettingen in de tas zelf zat ook een witte toilet tas met glitters en goeie kwaliteit makeup en een gekleurde Rituals toilettas met makeup reiniger huidcrème douchegel en m'n goeie bril zat in de tas die ik elke dag nodig heb en wat medicatie.

Hi, i was yesterday at your place - the Mogren 2 beach around 14:00-16:00 and i left my bag there with documents - ID Card and Drivers licence + credit cards on Kristine Krauze name. (Latvia) The bag was black cross-bag similar to this one: Maybe someone found it and gave to your staff?

Seatpost bicycle bag containing ebike batteries / Bag

The seatpost bag was inside a black plastic grocery bag. The seatpost bag is very heavy for its size due to the ebikes.ca ligo batteries inside. We took the SE19 train from Hanoi (coach 1A, seats 17 to 20) and only found the bag was missing on arrival at Ga Da Nang. It may have been forgotten while waiting on the bench for grab next to St. Joseph Cathedral here https://maps.app.goo.gl/QKE6gH5uKZ3bxhdUA or in the grab car (tried calling the male driver Lu Van Thuong +84854609118 with hotel assist but his wife answered and could not get any info) or it may have been forgotten inside the "customer service calling center" office at Ga Hanoi - the ladies that work in that office allow tourists to leave their baggage inside for a small fee while waiting for the train, the office phone number is 1900 0109 but it never worked when i tried calling... Finally the bag may have been forgotten in the train under the lower soft sleeper beds - this is the most likely scenario... We asked for the bag at Ga Danang shortly after arrival but the train was already gone... I took the train back to Hanoi the same day and asked the ladies at the "customer service center" in Hanoi but they did not let me search inside their office... I asked a lady at the train ticket counter in Hanoi to contact me by email if they find the bag but did not received any news from them. Would be unbelievable if the bag can be found, thanks Rudy :-)
