Wallet Lost Riga, Riga, Latvia

Hi, I'm just trying my luck here. I have unfortunately lost my wallet on 7/9/22 while commuting from Enschede (8:46am train) to Hengelo (8:53am). My wallet looks like this (black leather Samsonite wallet), and it contains really important items inside including a Singaporean ID card, a personalized OV chip card, a bank card as well as a Swedish residence permit. I lost a wallet similar to the picture (I don’t have an actual picture) during pilgrimage in Makkah. The wallet had $500 and a very important piece of jewellery in there.
