Bag fell out of the bus somewhere in Bulgaria see picture

Lost my handbag (or it was stolen) it was beside me after I left the bar and it just disappeared. Similar to one in photo just a leopard black and white strap on it. Lots of personal items inside belonging to me. Please get in touch if you have seen or know anything about it. Reward will be given. Thanks

introduce myself, I'm Hana Ameur resident of Bolzano. I would like to report that my luggage was lost on Monday, April 24, 2023, on the FLIXBUS bus N491 (Munich Venice). My reservation number is 3072390829. I took the bus from Munich and stopped in Bolzano where I could not find my suitcase (8-10kg red). The only stop before Bolzano was Innsbruck, so someone took my suitcase by mistake because we found another red suitcase very similar to mine. The suitcase was red, full of clothes, different shoes (Primark brand sandals), summer shirts, sports shirts, trousers, a make-up bag, Nivea cream, perfume (good girl), small accessories, winter shirts, select, underwear, but above all my medicine pills that the doctor especially gave me from Germany. I would like to know if you have received any report of missing red luggage in Innsbruck.
