I traveled to Berlin from Munich on 21st July, with the booking number 317 664 6234, and on route 034 using a Flixbus. I had a small green bag with my passport, and university original documents which I kept by mistake inside the bus. I have filled in the lost and found form, but I was wondering if the driver might have travelled to different cities, and gave it to the lost and found office there. The documents are extremely important and I need them for my job contract. If anyone has seen something similar, please do let me know! Thank you!

Our 13-year-old lost his Fjällräven Kånken backpack. Probably lost, when we left the free bus to enter the parking garage. On July 9th, 2022 around 12 o’clock. Inside were a towel, swim shoes sizes 45 (blue) and 37 (orange), swim shorts (red, Champion), a small kid’s bikini (looks like a melon) and probably unfortunately a green purse with a kids passport “Franziska Liljana Ahman” a passport “Miriam Ahman” and other papers like vaccination passes, driver’s license and so on.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to report the loss of my baggage during my bus journey from Paris Bercy to Düsseldorf, Germany, with FlixBus on May 7, 2024. Upon arrival at the bus station Düsseldorf, I unfortunately forgot to take my suitcase when disembarking from the coach. I filed a claim on the same day through the FlixBus website under the "lost/forgotten baggage" section, but unfortunately, nothing has been found yet. The suitcase is small (10 kg) and red in color. It primarily contains my clothes (black Jack & Jones sweaters, black Levi's sweatshirt, green Puma joggers, black Adidas cargo pants, etc.) as well as a shaving machine and a toothbrush. Blue large American Tourister suit case. The handle for rolling the suit case is broken. It notably contains a book called Happiness by the author Mathieu Ricard, and orange/dark blue New Balance running shoes. Brand: American Tourister, color: clear blue, 23KG flight check-in, about 80cm tall suitcase. Also notably, the handle is broken and the lock is open (combination 505 to lock and unlock). It also contains sweaters and t-shirts from, for example, All Saints, Scotch & Soda, Sunglasses from Ace & Tate, many more button-up shirts (also from Zara), and several locks, orange Arcertyx shirt, deet anti musquito spray and other travelling needs such as packing cubes (for compactly wrapping clothes).
