My reservation number is 3072390829. I took the bus from Munich and stopped in Bolzano where I could not find my suitcase (8-10kg red). The only stop before Bolzano was Innsbruck, so someone took my suitcase by mistake because we found another red suitcase very similar to mine. The suitcase was red, full of clothes, different shoes (Primark brand sandals), summer shirts, sports shirts, trousers, a make-up bag, Nivea cream, perfume (good girl), small accessories, winter shirts, select, underwear, but above all my medicine pills that the doctor especially gave me from Germany. I would like to know if you have received any report of missing red luggage in Innsbruck.

Our 13-year-old lost his Fjällräven Kånken backpack. Probably lost, when we left the free bus to enter the parking garage. On July 9th, 2022 around 12 o’clock. Inside were a towel, swim shoes sizes 45 (blue) and 37 (orange), swim shorts (red, Champion), a small kid’s bikini (looks like a melon) and probably unfortunately a green purse with a kids passport “Franziska Liljana Ahman” a passport “Miriam Ahman” and other papers like vaccination passes, driver’s license and so on.
