The seatpost bag was inside a black plastic grocery bag. The seatpost bag is very heavy for its size due to the ebikes.ca ligo batteries inside. We took the SE19 train from Hanoi (coach 1A, seats 17 to 20) and only found the bag was missing on arrival at Ga Da Nang. It may have been forgotten while waiting on the bench for grab next to St. Joseph Cathedral here https://maps.app.goo.gl/QKE6gH5uKZ3bxhdUA or in the grab car (tried calling the male driver Lu Van Thuong +84854609118 with hotel assist but his wife answered and could not get any info) or it may have been forgotten inside the "customer service calling center" office at Ga Hanoi - the ladies that work in that office allow tourists to leave their baggage inside for a small fee while waiting for the train, the office phone number is 1900 0109 but it never worked when i tried calling... Finally the bag may have been forgotten in the train under the lower soft sleeper beds - this is the most likely scenario... We asked for the bag at Ga Danang shortly after arrival but the train was already gone... I took the train back to Hanoi the same day and asked the ladies at the "customer service center" in Hanoi but they did not let me search inside their office... I asked a lady at the train ticket counter in Hanoi to contact me by email if they find the bag but did not received any news from them. Ola, ontem ao sair de viagem fui assaltada partirão o vidro do carro e levaram uma câmera digital vermelha, um telemóvel s22 branco com ums papeis atrás, 4 mochilas, uma é da minha irmã um saco roxo com uma menina desenhada, o meu era um saco verde escuro da eastpak, o da minha mãe era um preto da lacoste e o meu pai não sei de qual marca é mas era grande preto e verde escuro. On 1st September 2022 my beach bag was stolen. It contained the attached sentimental toy mole (48 years old). Crazy but I have never given up hope that one day I will find it. The rest of the stuff (iPad, magazine, book, smaller handbag with bank cards and stuff) can and have been replaced. All I care about is the toy mole. Please see Toy Mole on this website. On sunday 16.03.2025 I was traveling from aachen to aachen west via RB 33 (10320) at 10.37 am. As I was travelling to belgium i did carry my passport as well. On the way I forgot to take my bag [bagpack] and lost it in the RB . Bag is blue color ,inside i have my laptop , my purse which have my all id cards [ rp card, insurance card ,bank card], my passport ,and few other things. I tried to catch the train at duisburg as it was showing as duisburg as last stop , but in midway at krefeld the train got stopped and when i reached their there is no train and I missed it. I raised a complain in db lost and found as well. I have checked with both aachen as well duisburg info and there seems no details on the item. As it does contain my passport it will be so helpfull if you can really provide a detail on what i should do further and when and where i really can expect it.

I lost my black backbag from calvin klein on the chain bridge on thuesday maybe someone found it 👍
