My mother lost her luggage bag during loading into bus from madinah arjwan al madinah hotel to jeddah on 01 july 2024. She only notice her bag was not in the bus after arrived in jeddah. The luggage bag is black and wrapped woth some orange and green string tied on the handle.

We walked across the road from The Wineport (the pub with pink walls), then through the car park, towards the beach, over the wooden bridge and to the right. We stopped and sat on the rocks to the right, about 50m from the bridge. It's a strong paper bag, mostly purple, branded Arran Aromatics, with half a dozen Arran Aromatics products and one white box for a tile from a local artist.
