Small bag probably left on bus to plane or in cafe at airport

Left a A brown Bag in a taxi containing Orimo straighner, hair dryer, a brown slippers, a Wassce certificate and a power bank

My mother lost her luggage bag during loading into bus from madinah arjwan al madinah hotel to jeddah on 01 july 2024. She only notice her bag was not in the bus after arrived in jeddah. The luggage bag is black and wrapped woth some orange and green string tied on the handle. The luggage also has some broken wheels.
