A purple bag pouch women’s jacket near Elizebeth street is lost or probably fallen down

A blue-gray rain jacket with keys inside has been lost.

I lost an important hat that it’s a gift from my friend’s in the travel, i have wear it and traveled several countries. I hanged it on my back when went to Riga Flixbus station from tree house hostel, I thought it’s fallen on the street , because when I checked my bag near grand hotel kempinski it was still on my bag, if anyone have seen it please contact me.
