I have losted my phone at gum sum chuy ave and someone stole it upon finding my device

My friend lost his passport and telephone. We drove a bus from Tbilisi to Kutaisi and we switched in Zetasfoni to another bus. We started from Tbilisi at 3 PM. In first bus he left small, black bag with passport and telephone. We don't know number of car. Our bus was a first bus which was standing at didube bus station.
