Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to report the loss of my baggage during my bus journey from Paris Bercy to Düsseldorf, Germany, with FlixBus on May 7, 2024. Upon arrival at the bus station Düsseldorf, I unfortunately forgot to take my suitcase when disembarking from the coach. I filed a claim on the same day through the FlixBus website under the "lost/forgotten baggage" section, but unfortunately, nothing has been found yet. The suitcase is small (10 kg) and red in color. It primarily contains my clothes (black Jack & Jones sweaters, black Levi's sweatshirt, green Puma joggers, black Adidas cargo pants, etc.) as well as a shaving machine and a toothbrush. am writing this letter to register a complaint about a lost bag that I was carrying with me while traveling on a bus. The bag contained a substantial amount of money, some important documents, and other valuable items. I would like to bring this matter to your notice and request your assistance in the matter

We stopped at the markets at Port Moselle, about 1 hour later we travelled to the airport and boarded. We arrived in Sydney later that day to discover our 2 Backpacks were missing. I checked our baggage ticket and it stated 6 items not 8 so i believe that the items were lost on the transfer via boat or at Port Moselle. I have asked the boat company and they are unable to find the backacks.

I lost my bag from quick burger shop 429 Avenue Wilson, Mons near this area at Belgium. It includes our passports please do return to us if anyone found it please please. We booked the flight for tomorrow morning but we are helpless that we can’t travel back to our country without it.
