On the 4th of May 2023, I flew with CebuPacific on flight 5J 804 from Singapore to Dubai Airport. Unfortunately, my checked baggage did not arrive at my destination. I immediately reported the incident to airport staff, who provided me with a reference number for the lost baggage report. PIR DXBXH 19310 Could you please provide me with an update on the progress of the search for my lost baggage(question mark) The contents of my bag hold significant personal value, and their safe return would be greatly appreciated. If there are any additional details or documentation required from my side, please let me know so that I can provide them promptly, especially some photos of my baggage and some of the things inside of it. Ola, ontem ao sair de viagem fui assaltada partirão o vidro do carro e levaram uma câmera digital vermelha, um telemóvel s22 branco com ums papeis atrás, 4 mochilas, uma é da minha irmã um saco roxo com uma menina desenhada, o meu era um saco verde escuro da eastpak, o da minha mãe era um preto da lacoste e o meu pai não sei de qual marca é mas era grande preto e verde escuro. A mala era de tamanho não muito grande, preto com riscos de cor bege. Perdemos tudo que temos se encontrarem alguma coisa por favor de me contactar. Obrigada
