Lost 2 suitcases Lost Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia

I've lost a backpack in a Bolt Taxi, but the taxi driver says he didn't find anything.

On the 4th of May 2023, I flew with CebuPacific on flight 5J 804 from Singapore to Dubai Airport. Unfortunately, my checked baggage did not arrive at my destination. I immediately reported the incident to airport staff, who provided me with a reference number for the lost baggage report. PIR DXBXH 19310 Could you please provide me with an update on the progress of the search for my lost baggage(question mark) The contents of my bag hold significant personal value, and their safe return would be greatly appreciated. If there are any additional details or documentation required from my side, please let me know so that I can provide them promptly, especially some photos of my baggage and some of the things inside of it. Large black mountain warehouse roller suitcase

On sunday 16.03.2025 I was traveling from aachen to aachen west via RB 33 (10320) at 10.37 am. As I was travelling to belgium i did carry my passport as well. On the way I forgot to take my bag [bagpack] and lost it in the RB . Bag is blue color ,inside i have my laptop , my purse which have my all id cards [ rp card, insurance card ,bank card], my passport ,and few other things. I tried to catch the train at duisburg as it was showing as duisburg as last stop , but in midway at krefeld the train got stopped and when i reached their there is no train and I missed it. I raised a complain in db lost and found as well. I have checked with both aachen as well duisburg info and there seems no details on the item. As it does contain my passport it will be so helpfull if you can really provide a detail on what i should do further and when and where i really can expect it.
