I lost my phone in river under mostar old bridge near the practice jumping area under old bridge near the rock opposite to the jumping area

My phone is purple with an all black puffy case, I also have a red and white bus card under my phone case with the name Fransia on it. When you open my phone to the home screen my face will be on it. I lost it at Newton athletic park around afternoon ish time i accidentally left it in the bathroom and then I was told it was picked up off the floor by a man who was looking for me but couldn’t find me.
