I lost a grey n black bag last night in the street near 54th street bar n grill. On the front of the bag it reads Gardaworld. Inside the bag is a black laptop, wires, and some mens hair clippers. introduce myself, I'm Hana Ameur resident of Bolzano. I would like to report that my luggage was lost on Monday, April 24, 2023, on the FLIXBUS bus N491 (Munich Venice). My reservation number is 3072390829. I took the bus from Munich and stopped in Bolzano where I could not find my suitcase (8-10kg red). The only stop before Bolzano was Innsbruck, so someone took my suitcase by mistake because we found another red suitcase very similar to mine. The suitcase was red, full of clothes, different shoes (Primark brand sandals), summer shirts, sports shirts, trousers, a make-up bag, Nivea cream, perfume (good girl), small accessories, winter shirts, select, underwear, but above all my medicine pills that the doctor especially gave me from Germany. I would like to know if you have received any report of missing red luggage in Innsbruck.
