Grey Backpack Lost Zermatt, Valais, Switzerland

Good Morning, I was in a flight with Vietjet flight VJ183 SEAT C25 flew from Hanoi on the 18th and landed here in Ho Chi Minh on the 19th. I have left a bag on the plane but as soon as I realized it I informed the ground crew regarding the situation and asked if I can go back to retrieve my bag. Unfortunately, they stopped me and told me to wait. After 30 minutes, they told me that cleaner on the plane can't find my bag. I went on the 20th morning as well to get an update but they gave me none. I was hoping of you can check on your end the CCTV footage of our arrival and see if any passenger has taken my bag. The contains valuable items such as 1. Passport 2. Powerbank 3. Cash (around 2,000,000 vnd) 4. Charger 5. Smart watch 6. Necklace 7. Bank cards Please see the attached photo for reference of the bag. I know this has been multiple emails now, please understand I'm running out of options and cash at this point since my cards are also in the bag. I am not after the money or the other stuff. I just really need the passport and cards. I am willing to offer a reward to whoever finds it and gives it back to me tomorrow. As I need the passport to go back to my work in Cambodia on Monday. I was riding the bus 30 (station zuid- Berchem station - stuivenberg) from bus stop Van schoonbekestraat to Berchem station. In the bus, I forgot a grey backpack (brand is Matein I think) with in it, my grey Huawei laptop, my Sony wireless headphones, several important classes, an orange basic fit towel, white laptop charger, a schnitzel and some dehydrated noodles.

On the 4th of May 2023, I flew with CebuPacific on flight 5J 804 from Singapore to Dubai Airport. Unfortunately, my checked baggage did not arrive at my destination. I immediately reported the incident to airport staff, who provided me with a reference number for the lost baggage report. PIR DXBXH 19310 Could you please provide me with an update on the progress of the search for my lost baggage(question mark) The contents of my bag hold significant personal value, and their safe return would be greatly appreciated. If there are any additional details or documentation required from my side, please let me know so that I can provide them promptly, especially some photos of my baggage and some of the things inside of it. My backpack got stolen two days ago. Inside where some thing with high emotional value for me. I'm looking for a small calendar, an orange notebook, a brown scetchbook in a transparent case with some souvenirs, a pullover, refillable water bottles, Powerbank,... Maybe the backpack was thrown out in some part of the city, I would be so happy to get back my memories!
