I have travelled on 21 july 2022 from Tirana to London and i have packaged in my luggage my gold jewellery. When I arrived in London my gold jewelleries weren’t in my luggage and my things inside luggage were a mess.

I am seeking your assistance in a formal check to recover the item (or) check if any customer handed overed the missing chain to your team.
