Garment Bag Lost Santa Margherita Ligure, Liguria, Italy

Hello, I left my bag in the bus stop at 7.30 pm on 30th dec (today) at the Oslo fashion outlet bus stop at Vestby. I returned at 9 pm to check but it was not there. I am very upset about this. Please can you help me with this? Please let me know if you find it somewhere. It was a Puma bag with a shoes, 1 trouser set and 2 men sweatshirt of jack and jones inside. We walked across the road from The Wineport (the pub with pink walls), then through the car park, towards the beach, over the wooden bridge and to the right. We stopped and sat on the rocks to the right, about 50m from the bridge. It's a strong paper bag, mostly purple, branded Arran Aromatics, with half a dozen Arran Aromatics products and one white box for a tile from a local artist. am writing this letter to register a complaint about a lost bag that I was carrying with me while traveling on a bus. The bag contained a substantial amount of money, some important documents, and other valuable items. I would like to bring this matter to your notice and request your assistance in the matter

I was travelling from Lille France to Sint peters Belgium and my bag was theft by two guys at Roubaix. I file police report but not found yet. This happened on 22 Nov at 3:10 PM local time in the train while left from Lille at 3:09 PM. Bag containing valuables items like wallet money, electronic headphones but the most important ones I need back are my nationality ID cards , passport
