introduce myself, I'm Hana Ameur resident of Bolzano. I would like to report that my luggage was lost on Monday, April 24, 2023, on the FLIXBUS bus N491 (Munich Venice). My reservation number is 3072390829. I took the bus from Munich and stopped in Bolzano where I could not find my suitcase (8-10kg red). The only stop before Bolzano was Innsbruck, so someone took my suitcase by mistake because we found another red suitcase very similar to mine.
