I lost my bag black Hugo boss with money, passeport and credit card in taxi at Medina

My mother lost her luggage bag during loading into bus from madinah arjwan al madinah hotel to jeddah on 01 july 2024. She only notice her bag was not in the bus after arrived in jeddah. The luggage bag is black and wrapped woth some orange and green string tied on the handle. The luggage also has some broken wheels.
