Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to report the loss of my baggage during my bus journey from Paris Bercy to Düsseldorf, Germany, with FlixBus on May 7, 2024. Upon arrival at the bus station Düsseldorf, I unfortunately forgot to take my suitcase when disembarking from the coach. I filed a claim on the same day through the FlixBus website under the "lost/forgotten baggage" section, but unfortunately, nothing has been found yet. The suitcase is small (10 kg) and red in color. It primarily contains my clothes (black Jack & Jones sweaters, black Levi's sweatshirt, green Puma joggers, black Adidas cargo pants, etc.) as well as a shaving machine and a toothbrush. I was travelling from Lille France to Sint peters Belgium and my bag was theft by two guys at Roubaix. I file police report but not found yet. This happened on 22 Nov at 3:10 PM local time in the train while left from Lille at 3:09 PM. Bag containing valuables items like wallet money, electronic headphones but the most important ones I need back are my nationality ID cards , passport
