On the 4th of May 2023, I flew with CebuPacific on flight 5J 804 from Singapore to Dubai Airport. Unfortunately, my checked baggage did not arrive at my destination. I immediately reported the incident to airport staff, who provided me with a reference number for the lost baggage report.
