Backpack Lost Locarno, Ticino, Switzerland

My mother lost her luggage bag during loading into bus from madinah arjwan al madinah hotel to jeddah. She only notice her bag was not in the bus after arrived in jeddah. The luggage bag is black and wrapped woth some orange and green string tied on the handle. The luggage also has some broken wheels.

Stolen from a car Bulgarian passport, ID, cards, personal belongings, iPhone, headphones etc. we were informed by the police that the unnecessary things usually get thrown away at the parking lot nearby (Burger King on Alcampo).

Blue cosmetic bag full of cosmetic, powder, face cream, lipstick and etc

Purple bag with laptop inside, laptop charger, phone charger and plastic bag with lotions and creams.

I dropped it inside the light rail and I got out by the time I figured out the doors closed I saw a lady holding it but I don’t know what she did with it later. Please help
