Property description

I found an Apple watch Nike series 6 while freediving in Dramalj, Croatia. It still works. The battery was dead, so I found a friend who charged it. It has a PIN but there was no notification that the owner lost it. At a certain point we reset it and then I was told I actually made a huge mistake. I have the serial number though. Apple can't help due to privacy regulations.
